Our Wills and Probate services include preparation of simple and complex wills and trusts and the handling of probate matters.

We prepare wills for individuals and business owners, focusing on estates worth in excess of $1,000,000.  For clients with anticipated gross estates of more than $2,000,000,  estate planning may minimize or avoid the estate tax through marital deduction gifts and trusts, credit shelter trusts, charitable bequests, gifting, family limited partnerships and other estate planning devices.

The firm represent parties in probating wills in common and solemn form, appointment of guardians ad litem, petition for letters of administration, petition for order declaring no administration necessary, petition for years support, petition for appointment of a guardian and other probate matters.

We also represents executors and administrators in administering assets of an estate, such as inventory and appraisal of assets, assent of real or personal property located in or outside of Georgia, and preparation of estate tax returns.
