Jordan Hendrick is an associate with the Firm. His practice is focused in the areas of labor and employment law, business litigation, and commercial real estate. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
A Marietta native with the majority of his immediate and extended family residing in Cobb County, Jordan has strong ties to the community and is involved with several local athletic and social clubs. After law school in Ohio, Jordan moved back to metro Atlanta and litigated numerous civil cases in Cobb and Cherokee Counties where he honed his skills in the courtroom. Jordan has worked on cases arising out of many different fields, including labor and employment, contract interpretation and disputes, real estate disputes, restrictive covenants litigation, and commercial and residential construction litigation. Through this combined experience, he has engaged in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appellate practice. Jordan is a member of the Georgia Bar. He is admitted to all Superior and State Courts in Georgia, as well as to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Atlanta and Sandy Springs Bar Associations as well as the Atlanta Council for Young Lawyers. Jordan lives with his wife, Cynthia, who is a commercial real estate attorney, and their black Labrador Retriever, Murphy, in Smyrna, Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys music, reading, traveling, playing in recreational basketball and flag football leagues, and all things related to Georgia Bulldog Football.
