Greg focuses his practice on corporate law, commercial real estate, and wills and probate matters.  A native Atlantan, Greg attended Mercer University for both his undergraduate and law degrees, and was awarded his law degree with honors in 1985.  Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner with the Atlanta law firm Jones & Walling, P.C. and then was the principal of Greg B. Walling, P.C. in Atlanta. 

Putting his more than twenty years of experience to work, Greg assists large and small businesses, as well as individuals, with their legal needs.  Martindale-Hubbell, the premier attorney directory, has awarded him with an AV rating, the highest rating it gives for attorney competency.  His clients benefit from Greg's vast knowledge of commercial real estate and corporate matters and frequently retain him as their outside general counsel for such matters. 

Greg's real estate practice includes commercial real estate transactions, foreclosures, real estate litigation, and service as a qualified intermediary in tax free exchanges. 

Greg's corporate practice, in addition to service as general counsel of small and medium sized businesses, encompasses formation and subsequent transactional work for corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.  He has particular expertise with construction contracts and computer software agreements. 

Greg also has a niche practice in agricultural law, and has represented various clients in such disputes.

Greg is admitted to the Georgia Bar and is a member of the bars of the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the federal Northern District of Georgia, and the federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Greg is active in the  Real Estate Sections of the Georgia Bar and Atlanta Bar Association and is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Old War Horse Lawyers Club, the Cobb County Bar Association, and the Sandy Springs Bar Association.
