The Commercial Real Estate Section handles all aspects of commercial real estate matters, including contract negotiation, purchase and sale agreements, option contracts, construction contracts, leases, foreclosures, tax appeals, environmental investigation, title examinations, title clearance and closings.

The firm handles shopping center, office building, gas station and convenience store, dry cleaners, and farms and acreage transactions and represents purchasers, lenders, owners, sellers, managers and tenants of office buildings, shopping centers and other land in their leases of property.

The firm serves as a qualified intermediary in like-kind exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. The firm is an agent for Lawyers’ Title Insurance Corporation and Stewart Title.
